Well I have some great news!!! I went to a loan officer yesterday, and in six months I will be looking for a
home to purchase. I already found one on the outskirts of kingston that I really really like. Hopefully it will still
be for sale in six months. The way the market is now it is a great possibility that it will still be for sale, i am
really crossing my fingers. I am looking everyday at listings im so excited. I have never been one to praise myself but when I heard that loan officer say your almost ready I felt happy for myself. I have two new additions to my family, yep two four legged babies. There names are bella and edward, no i didnt name them. lol... I got them for my fiance for his birthday, which is not till april 21st but I had to go ahead and get them...
My baby was sick sunday and monday, poor little thing. He had a little infection but was put on antibiotics and
he felt better by this morning so Im glad of that.
Work is all the same closing five nights a week.. and now we are closing at 1 so that puts me outta work
around 330 am.. How fun... Couldn't be any more anxious to get my degree and move foward with my career aswell as my wedding and my new home purchase.. I hope to be outta school and have a great career before my baby enters school.

Should I go to HR on my boss : )
So, around four months ago my store got a new general manager. Every since then it has went down the drain whole. All of our crew including crew that have been there for ten years are quitting, so this leaves a bigger ratio of people that have only been there a couple weeks and are not fully trained. My district manager is asking why I am not making our service time goals. How can I? So my gm has been harassing me about firing me about every little thing. Service times the most. She sticks the very few old crew on her shift and gives me all new. So I let that slide because I am a strong person and do not need to talk back and loose my job. So her rant is that we have to be clocked out by a certain time every night. This includes our Friday and Saturday nights, so me along with eight crew members have been forced to work off the clock at least three days a week for almost 2 1/2 months now. I make a good amount of money an hour considering i am an assistant manager there, so I could only imagine how much money I could of made if I added up all this from 2 1/2 months. How many diapers I could be buying. I am afraid of going to human resources because I don't my district manager to think that I have went over his head. I've tried to talk with him and he tries to avoid conflict and just keeps telling me to try to stick it out. I want to go to human resources for more than just me though. She made a crew member come back the day after their dads funeral saying "You will be fired if you do not come in Sunday." How disrespectful and non understanding is that. She is also messing with my schedule as well, my position is suppose to include two opens one mid and two closes... She has me scheduled all closes and this really effects my school when i am there till 2 or 3 am then school at 8. The shift manager which is under me chooses her own schedule. Please help, I do not no what to do.

Well this is how my spring break went.
On Monday, I went to work from two to one thirty a.m. This was my last day of work, because I took my work vacation on the same week as my school spring break. I started the day out so excited that I was finally going to have a little break. Then I walked in the door, and yep another great day at Wendy's. I was two people short for the night. No Call-No shows KILL me. So, I ran a very fast paced fast food restaurant with only four people, including me. However I finally made it to one thirty and I was free for a week.
On Tuesday, I completely cleaned my house. I baby proofed every thing with the little plug in stoppers and everything. My baby is trying to learn how to crawl and will be getting into everything. So, for a better part of the day I scrubbed, swept, mopped, vaccumed, and everything else imaginable. Then I took alittle break and went to town. Im already buying stuff for my sons first birthday and it isnt till July, ( :) )...
On Wednesday, I took my son to the Georgia Equarium. This was so much fun. Whale sharks are huge!! I loved it, and so did he. He loved the tunnels with all the fish swimming over head. We were here for a better part of the day. Then just went home and relaxed and played with toys for the rest of the evening.
On Thursday, I went and spent the rest of my tax money on stuff that we would need throughout the year. Also, had to get camping equipment for our upcoming family camping trip.
Friday through Sunday, was just a blur. It went by so quickly, I don't even know where these days went to be honest. My baby and I just sorta sat around the house.
